Hair Cut Anyone??

Angelica and me went to the hairdressers for a little girly time. (A thank you gift and team bonding exerice from Marlene) Nothing beats a decent hair cut, but mine grows so fast i'm almost due back again!!! It only seems yesterday we went, but in actual fact it's probably about 6 weeks ago. I just want to know were this year is going?!?!

Hi everyone!! Here i am enjoying my day out at the crocodile farm. mum & Dad told me i'd be SAFE!!!

Hartley's Crocodile Adventures

Here me and Greg are with our own little Crocodile. He was so cute!! And surprisingly he was very soft, not hard or tough like you'd imagine.












Again we didnt get to the reef on the weekend, as it was still too windy, but the sun was out and no rain, so we decided to head to Hartley's. We had a fantastic day, held a croc, went on a cruise, seen them feeding crocs of all shapes and sizes. Learnt the difference between estuarine and fresh water crocs, seen them do death rolls, and how they shake their heads to basicly kill its lunch!!!! We had loads of fun and we still each have ten fingers!!!

Our Weekend!!!

Beep Beep goes the alarm, Sunday is here and it's Reef Trip Day!!! A light shower of rain was falling but nothing major.

Anna & Ben were awake too and ready to go, so a Taxi was called, sea sickness tablets taken, time to go snorkelling. We arrived at the Reef Fleet Terminal to be told in hushed tones (as we were locals, and not "tourists"). That the forcast was for 25-35 knots!!! Really rough, sea sick weather!! After two seconds thinking we posponed till next weekend.

So know what were we to do??

The travel calm tablets were starting to work and with no were to go, i was feeling a bit sleepy!!!! So after breakie at a little cafe, home for a nap.

After lunch we thought we'd go go karting. No camera unfortunately and it was really to wet anyway. So imagine 1 go kart, 1 helmet, 1 shower of rain, several puddles and a little mud. You get the gist!!! I felt a bit like a naughty kid and was waiting to be told off, and get out of the rain before i caught a chill!!

After that much fun we wanted more, so off next door to the driving range. (Now i know why i & Greg don't play golf)!!!!

It was still early afternoon, and we weren't ready for home, so a couple of games of ten pin bowling, were next on the agenda. Lets just say Greg is a show off, he can actually play really well. Me we wont go there!!!

But a fun day we had, even if it wasen't the reef. Hopefully next week though we'll get out there.
